Stacey Tarkowski has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2009, bringing over 15 years of clinical experience to her practice. She graduated with an Honours Degree in Kinesiology from Western University in 2007, providing her with a deep, foundational understanding of human movement, anatomy, and rehabilitation.
Drawing inspiration from years of hands-on experience, yoga, and the restorative rhythms of nature, Stacey provides personalized care that bridges clinical assessment with holistic healing.

Therapeutic & Relaxation Massage: Tailored treatments to alleviate stress, reduce muscle tension, and address the physical manifestations of emotional distress in soft tissue.
Injury Management & Rehabilitation:
Specialized care for sports injuries, whiplash, neck/spinal trauma, soft-tissue ailments, and proactive injury prevention.
Chronic Pain & Neurological Care: Clinical focus on postural imbalances, neurological disorders, chronic pain, and specialized treatment for migraines, tension, and cluster headaches.

Whether she is centering herself on the yoga mat, hiking in the mountains, or spending time by the water, she draws inspiration from the natural world to fuel her own wellness. She also enjoys forest bathing, traveling, cooking, live music and gardening.
